1. Introduction

Welcome to ZeroLeaks ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZeroLeaks website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Services Description

ZeroLeaks provides AI prompt security services, including but not limited to vulnerability assessments, prompt extraction prevention, intellectual property protection, and rapid response to security incidents for AI systems.

Our Services include manual extraction of AI system prompts and vulnerabilities, with an AI agent product scheduled for release in August-September 2025. Current subscribers will automatically be upgraded to the AI agent service when it launches at no additional cost.

3. Subscription and Payment

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. The current subscription fee is $899 per month for our Enterprise Plan. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but any changes will not affect current subscription periods.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge that payment method for the subscription fees.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription period. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at lucknitelol@proton.me.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our Services, including during the registration process and when submitting AI systems for assessment.

You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by ZeroLeaks, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of the information you share with us. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, including but not limited to your AI system prompts, models, and other intellectual property.

We will not use your confidential information for any purpose other than providing the Services to you. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZeroLeaks, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZeroLeaks, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, to us, or to third parties, or for any other reason.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
